Event & Banquet Support
Sound, projection, and video for conferences, banquets, general sessions, and weddings, staffed on site for the day or the run of the event.
Preventive Maintenance
Scheduled visits across every room on the property, with condition reports, configuration backups, and a serial-numbered equipment inventory you own.
Staff Training
Hands-on sessions and written procedures for the people who open and operate the room, including front desk staff, banquet captains, AV coordinators, and office managers.
Remediation & Upgrades
Targeted replacement when equipment has reached the end of its service life, specified so the work can be competitively bid.
