Quorum Meeting Services is headquartered in Raleigh, serving city councils, county boards, public bodies, congregations of every faith, and commercial meeting spaces throughout North Carolina, with project engagements and remote support nationwide.

Why We Exist

The proceeding is live and the record is permanent.

Most chamber and hybrid-meeting systems were installed between 2020 and 2022, and many of the firms that installed them have since closed, been acquired, or carry backlogs measured in weeks. The meetings continued. Councils remained in session and congregations continued to gather.

When a microphone fails or a stream drops, it happens during the proceeding and becomes part of the record. Quorum Meeting Services was established to give these rooms a service provider that responds, arrives prepared, and applies the same standard to every engagement.

Our Foundation

Twelve years of live legislative broadcast.

Our technical foundation is more than twelve years operating legislative broadcast and meeting technology across two state capitols, including service at the North Carolina and Colorado General Assemblies. That work spanned floor sessions, committee proceedings, and roll-call voting carried to the public in real time.

It also includes direct service experience with chamber voting systems, including International Roll Call installations, a capability maintained by very few providers.

The Work Itself

Someone in the room who knows the system.

Most of the work is routine by design. It is a microphone tested before anyone is seated, a stream key verified a second time, and a configuration backed up so a failed processor becomes a short repair rather than a cancelled meeting.

That preparation is what keeps a meeting on schedule. Twelve years in live legislative broadcast established the practice, and we apply it in every room we are responsible for. Some work we perform with our own hands, and some we manage through licensed trades we have vetted. Either way, you have one number to call and one firm responsible for the result.

Emmit McCormick

Co-Founder & Technical Director

Emmit McCormick brings more than twelve years operating legislative broadcast and meeting technology across two state capitols, most recently as a multimedia production services technologist at the North Carolina General Assembly and previously at the Colorado General Assembly. He directs all technical work, including system design, on-site service, broadcast operation, and the chamber voting-system practice that distinguishes the firm.

Dani McCormick

Co-Founder & Director of Operations

Dani McCormick directs operations, including scheduling and dispatch, client relationships, and the contracting and procurement documentation that makes the firm straightforward to work with. Her background combines luxury hospitality operations, music industry management, and a Master of Public Health, and she holds every client relationship to a hospitality standard.

Clear reporting

We document what is wrong and what correction costs, in language that can be presented directly to your board or governing body without translation.

Documentation, every visit

Your configurations, wiring diagrams, and equipment records are maintained current and delivered to you. They remain your property throughout and after the engagement.

Credential custody

System credentials, streaming accounts, and recordings are held in trust. We protect them under documented security practices, and we disclose every party with access.
