Preventive Maintenance Agreements
Scheduled visits that find developing faults before they affect a live meeting, with a priority-response commitment and documented findings after every visit.
Meeting-Day & Service-Day Support
A qualified technician in the room before, during, and after the proceeding, so the people running the meeting are not also running the equipment.
Remote Support Retainer
We stay on call by phone and screen share with your clerk, office, or IT staff while the meeting runs. There is no drive time, and the service is available anywhere in North Carolina.
Staff & Volunteer Training
Hands-on operating sessions and written procedures for the people who run your room, built around your actual equipment rather than a generic manual.
Documentation, Backups & Credential Custody
Configurations, wiring diagrams, and equipment records maintained and delivered to you. System credentials are held in trust under documented security practices.
How It Starts
The Room Health Check.
A one-hour on-site assessment covering sound, video, streaming, network path, control systems, and voting hardware where present. You receive a written Findings Memo within three business days, and the report is yours to keep whether or not you engage us for the work.
Tell us what stopped working.
Describe the problem and when it occurs. We will tell you whether it is a service call, a configuration issue, or work that should be planned and budgeted.
