Services

Everything we do, in one place.

We service and operate the audio, video, and streaming systems in council chambers, worship spaces, and boardrooms. We do the work ourselves, and when a project calls for licensed trades or additional hands, we bring in people we have vetted and stay responsible for the result.

Who We Serve

Three kinds of rooms, one standard.

City councils, county commissions, school boards, town halls, planning and zoning boards, housing and water authorities, tourism development authorities, and community college boards. The meeting forms part of the public record, so a failed microphone or an interrupted stream can affect a jurisdiction's open-meetings obligations.

Typically includes

Chamber sound, cameras, streaming, and recording

Roll-call and electronic voting systems, including International Roll Call installations

Purchase-order, pre-audit, and net-30 invoicing handled to your procurement office's standards

Congregations of every faith and every size, including churches, synagogues, mosques, temples, gurdwaras, and meeting houses. We provide sound that carries to the back row, streams that stay up for the full service, and training for the volunteers who operate the booth.

Typically includes

Sound system service, tuning, and assistive listening systems

Dependable livestreaming to YouTube, Facebook, and your own website

Written procedures and hands-on training for volunteer operators

Boardrooms, training rooms, conference centers, resorts, event venues, and hybrid meeting spaces. These rooms use the same equipment as a council chamber and are held to the same standard of reliability.

Typically includes

Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, and hybrid conference-room A/V

Event and banquet-space sound, projection, and video support

Service agreements sized for a single room or an entire property

What We Do

Every service we offer.

A one-hour on-site assessment covering sound, video, streaming, network path, control systems, and voting hardware where present. We test the room under the conditions of a live meeting, then deliver a written Findings Memo within three business days.

What you get

A plain-language report your board, council, or leadership can act on

Findings sorted into immediate repairs, planned work, and equipment in good condition

The report is yours to keep whether or not you engage us for the work

We diagnose and repair installed systems, including microphones, mixers, DSPs, amplifiers, cameras, switchers, encoders, and control processors. Our objective is to correct the underlying cause rather than the symptom.

How it works

Billed hourly with a two-hour minimum; travel included within Wake County

Emergency and meeting-night response available at a premium rate

Clients under a maintenance agreement receive scheduling priority

Scheduled quarterly visits intended to identify developing faults before they affect a live meeting. Every visit ends with a written condition report, refreshed configuration backups, and an updated equipment inventory with serial numbers.

Typically includes

Quarterly on-site preventive maintenance and full-system testing

A documented response-time commitment, provided in writing

Discounted hourly rates on anything outside the scheduled scope

A qualified technician in the room before, during, and after the proceeding. For jurisdictions this covers budget hearings, quasi-judicial hearings, and extended agendas. For congregations it covers weekly services and higher-attendance occasions.

A good fit for

Public hearings and meetings where the record has to be complete

High-attendance services, holy days, weddings, funerals, and memorials

Occasions when no staff member is available to operate the system

We stay on call by phone and screen-share with your clerk, office, or IT staff while the meeting runs. There is no drive time and no travel charge, and the service is available anywhere in North Carolina, which makes it a practical option for organizations located outside the Triangle.

Typically includes

A named technician reachable during your scheduled meetings

Remote access to your DSP, encoder, and control system where permitted

A flat monthly rate rather than per-incident billing

Delivering the meeting or service to people who are not in the room, and retaining a copy that meets your record-retention requirements. We build redundant delivery paths so a single point of failure does not interrupt the stream.

Typically includes

Encoder setup and delivery to YouTube, Facebook, Granicus, Swagit, or your own site

Recording, archiving, and retention workflows

Captioning and accessibility support

Most complaints about a room come down to intelligibility, and most intelligibility problems are solvable without new equipment. We measure, tune, and repair what is already installed before recommending that anything be replaced.

Typically includes

Wireless microphone coordination and RF troubleshooting

DSP tuning, gain structure, and feedback correction

Assistive listening systems and ADA compliance

Cameras, presets, video switching, displays, projection, and the touch-panel control that connects them. We service the platforms commonly installed in these rooms, including Biamp, QSC Q-SYS, Extron, Crestron, and Shure.

Typically includes

PTZ camera service, preset programming, and auto-tracking setup

Switcher, display, and projection troubleshooting

Control-system changes and touch-panel corrections

Chamber voting hardware is serviced by very few providers in the Southeast. Our capability comes from twelve years operating legislative systems in the North Carolina and Colorado General Assemblies, including direct work with International Roll Call installations.

Typically includes

Inspection, service, and repair of installed roll-call voting systems

Vote display, tally, and clerk-station troubleshooting

Voting-system inspection included in every government health check

System knowledge should belong to the organization rather than to one individual. We train your staff and volunteers and provide written procedures suitable for someone operating the system for the first time.

Typically includes

Hands-on sessions with the people who operate the room

Written operating procedures and pre-meeting checklists

Refresher sessions when staff or volunteers turn over

Every visit ends with documentation filed to your account, including configurations, network diagrams, an equipment inventory with serial numbers, and photographs. Credentials are held in an encrypted vault with access logged.

Typically includes

DSP and control-system configuration backups after every change

A per-client documentation folder your staff can request at any time

Encrypted credential custody with access logged

When equipment does need to be replaced, we scope the work to the room and the available budget. Hardware sales are not our primary business, so repair is evaluated before replacement is recommended.

Typically includes

Component replacement and targeted repairs in existing rooms

Specifications you can competitively bid, not a sole-source proposal

Work scheduled around your meeting or worship calendar

How It Starts

Most engagements begin the same way.

01

Room Health Check

About an hour on site. We test the sound, video, streaming, network, and control systems under the conditions of a live meeting.

02

Written Findings Memo

Within three business days you receive a written report covering what is failing, what is likely to fail next, and what correction would cost. The report is yours to keep.

03

Targeted Fixes

We complete the repairs identified in the report, scheduled around your calendar. Existing equipment is serviced first, and replacement is recommended only when repair is not viable.

04

Ongoing Coverage

A quarterly maintenance agreement, a remote support retainer, or service on request. An agreement is not required in order to call us.

If you are not certain which of these you need, start with the health check. It is designed to answer that question, and it carries no obligation.

Tell us about the room.

Describe the system and the problem you are seeing. We will tell you whether it is a minor correction, a service call, or work that should be planned and budgeted.
