Sound System Service & Tuning
We measure and tune installed systems for intelligibility before recommending that anything be replaced, then repair the components that are actually at fault.
Services
Intelligibility is the job: the room hears clearly, the stream hears clearly, and the system holds through the full meeting. We measure, tune, repair, and service sound systems across North Carolina.
What We Do
Most complaints about a room come down to intelligibility, and most intelligibility problems come down to tuning, placement, and repair. We start there.
We measure and tune installed systems for intelligibility before recommending that anything be replaced, then repair the components that are actually at fault.
Selection, placement, repair, and mixing practice for councils, panels, pulpits, and presenters, including automixer configuration for meetings that run themselves.
Measurement of the room itself: reverberation, reflections, and noise floor, with written findings and right-sized treatment recommendations.
Service and setup of assistive listening systems so every seat in the room can follow the proceeding.
Service and programming of the processors behind most installed rooms, including Biamp Tesira, QSC Q-SYS, Extron, Crestron, and Shure.
An engineer at the console for meetings, services, and events, so the mix is handled by someone who does this for a living.
How We Work
Every recommendation is backed by measurement, and every visit ends with documentation you keep: what was found, what was changed, and what to watch. If replacement is the right call, the measurements will say so.
Describe the room and the complaint. We will tell you whether it is a tuning visit, a repair, or work that should be planned and budgeted.
